“I am a cosmetic nurse in Ellijay, GA and I am writing this testimonial unsolicited.I own a Lumenis one IPL system. I experienced a failure with the monitor. I contacted the Lumenis technician for support. I was told the charge would be approximately $8,000. I had just paid them $13,000 six months prior for service and to fix a problem with the same machine. We worked with Eric G. who I have never met in person, however he was very nice, courteous, and handled the sale in a professional manner.
